No orders are currently accepted. We are validating print samples and the operating setup. A saved bag is not an order, and a planned price is not a confirmed quote. Wood and aluminium frames can be configured. Lamination and canvas are not offered.
What the partner lookup confirmed
On 10 September 2026, Gelato returned the following production-plus-delivery estimates for one selected matte poster. These are snapshots for a country, not promises for a particular address.

The US shipping service returns estimates while the selected catalogue entries omit the US from their supported-country lists. US sales therefore require clarification. Japanese deliveries in this lookup are cross-border; local Japanese production is not confirmed. Import handling and applicable charges must be resolved before launch.
Your total before payment
Before checkout is enabled, the final retail price, applicable tax treatment and shipping price must be approved. The server calculates the amount; a browser-provided price is never accepted. Exact addresses, quantity, service availability and peak demand can affect timing.
Damage, mistakes and returns
The retailer, not a print-provider dashboard, is your contact for a wrong, damaged or missing item. Once contact details are published, keep the packaging and provide the order reference and helpful photos. Do not send an item to a print facility without return instructions.
Printing a standard catalogue item after purchase does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights. Our withdrawal terms and return address still require completion and review. There is no approved restocking fee or blanket “no returns” policy.
