Do not infer “no returns” from print on demand
Choosing a standard size, material or language is not necessarily the same as commissioning an individually personalised item. We do not apply a blanket exclusion merely because printing happens after ordering.
Before the first sale
Pending: the legally applicable withdrawal period and its starting point, the recipient and address for withdrawal notices, a model withdrawal form, the return address, allocation of return costs, reimbursement timing and method, and information on any properly applicable exceptions. These must be adapted to the operator and markets and supplied before contract formation.
Preparation template
To the seller [legal name, address, email]: I/we withdraw from the contract for the following goods [description]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Consumer name [name], address [address], date [date], signature [only if sent on paper].
This placeholder form is not ready to send: the recipient has not been entered. Sales are disabled until the policy and recipient details have been approved. A damaged or incorrect product should also have a separate complaints route; statutory remedies are not reduced by this draft.
